Meet the MPI Team
Alan S. Daniel
What do working on a dairy farm and selling life insurance have in common? For me, a great deal. Every day, I am influenced by the work ethic my family instilled in me while growing up and working on our dairy farm in New Jersey. It was during these years that I learned the true meaning of "hard work" and came to appreciate the sense of pride and fulfillment for a job well done. I also learned how we are all connected to each other and why this is so important. We depended on our customers and they on us to treat them fairly, with honesty, and with integrity. For my parents, who were first generation immigrants, my acceptance at Rider University was a milestone and a dream come true, so they encouraged me to leave the farm. College exposed me to another world, one of business, and, specifically, the world of insurance. This world was rooted in many of the principles that applied on the farm: work hard, serve people well, treat them right and solidify long-term relationships.

Anthony J. Cardone III
Anthony has been in the insurance industry since 2002. Prior to joining My Pilot Insurance Anthony was a District Sales manager with Aflac. After several years with Aflac he decided that being a captive agent was not for him. In 2004 he became a life and health broker representing many different carriers. In 2008 he joined My Pilot Insurance where life insurance became his only target. Anthony believes in always putting the client first.
